We recruit self-employed multi-drop delivery drivers working out of our Barking depot, covering Barking, Dagenham, Ilford, Romford, Newham and Stratford.
About the Barking depot
Barking covers dense residential rounds across east London and the Essex border, so drops per mile are high and routes stay local.
What the work involves:
- Running a set round of parcel deliveries to homes and businesses across Barking, Dagenham, Ilford, Romford, Newham and Stratford
- Working as a self-employed contractor, invoicing for the rounds you complete
- Loading at the Barking depot at the start of each shift
- Using a handheld device to scan and confirm deliveries as you go
What you need:
- A full UK or EU driving licence
- The right to work in the UK
- Your own transport to get to the depot for the start of the shift
- To be comfortable with a full day of multi-drop work in all weathers
No previous logistics experience is needed — we will get you up to speed on the round, the device and the paperwork.
